I had the chance to work on Dome city as the lead artist. My duties involved managing the art team (in-house and outsource as well), giving art direction and feedback, as well as establishing the art pipeline and overcome technical difficulties with the engine. Also I was working closely with the concept artists to create visually compelling graphics that are achievable with the available resources.
